How do I go about returning or exchanging an item?
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in original condition, unused and unwashed, along with tags and cards. We regret to inform that we will be unable to process the exchanges or returns otherwise.
If the product that you are exchanging is in stock, we will exchange it with another piece, upon receiving the original piece from you.
Kindly note that we will only be able to provide refunds should there be any, in the form of Store Credit, which will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Store Credit is applicable for use online at www.puhada.com.
Here are the steps to exchanging/returning your item:
1 - Contact us
Please write to email@example.com with your Order Reference Number to let us know the reason for exchange/return.
2 - Check item
Check that the item you wish to exchange has its tags, cards, is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
3 - Pack item
Pack and seal the item securely in your preferred packaging.
4 - Return your parcel by postage
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase via your preferred postal service to the address stated in your parcel. Registered mail is highly recommended as Puhada will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return. Kindly note all postal fees, custom duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer.
5 - Wait for our email
Once your exchange has been processed, we will notify you via email regarding the dispatch of your exchanged item. For returns, once we have received the returned item, we will email you a Store Credit refund code, which can be used online at www.puhada.com.
